FSAs and HSAs

We accept HSA and FSA cards directly at checkout — no reimbursement forms, no special process. If your card is issued by a major network (Visa, Mastercard, or Amex), it works just like a regular credit card at sparxhair.com.

Wigs purchased to address hair loss from a medical condition (alopecia, cancer treatment, lupus, trichotillomania, thyroid disorders, and others) typically qualify. Cosmetic hair loss does not.

If your card is declined at checkout, it usually just means your plan requires manual reimbursement instead — you can still purchase with a regular card and submit your receipt to your plan afterward.
